  • We do not reveal any information about the independent contractors we work with in this service.
  • As per this service, the design scope does not extend beyond the in-person consultation of 2 hours only, dedicated to discussing specifications for each space.
  • Clients are entitled to a single design concept and a single revision following the initial presentation. However, we kindly request timely decision-making and agreement on individual selections, as undue delays may result in termination of the consultation service, leading to the loss of payment.
  • Revisions to floor plans will incur an added cost, except in cases where the error originates from our end. We provide one in-person consultation, while any further inquiries should be directed through email or WhatsApp, as these are our preferred means of contact.
  • When you engage our interior design consultation services, you are enlisting the expertise of our highly skilled and experienced team of professionals. Our designer invest substantial time and effort in understanding your unique requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to offer tailored design solutions. As such, a significant portion of our service's value is front-loaded into the initial consultation itself. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds as a considerable part of the service is delivered immediately upon engagement.
  • During the consultation process, our designers share valuable insights, creative ideas, and industry knowledge to help you envision the potential improvements for your space. These inputs are the result of years of experience and continuous learning. While we are eager to collaborate and contribute to your project, we cannot retrieve or undo the knowledge shared during the consultation. Hence, a refund would not be appropriate as the knowledge transfer has already taken place.
  • In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our consultation service, we encourage you to communicate your concerns to us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues and finding alternative solutions that align with your expectations.
  • Please note that cancellations can only be accommodated within 1 hour of payment. After this period, we invest substantial time and effort in preparing for the consultation, which may also involve potential flight bookings. Consequently, refunds will not be possible beyond this timeframe.
  • The work duration, starting from the payment date, spans a maximum of 3 weeks. We would like to emphasize that continuous indecisiveness from the client could lead to project delays and, in unfortunate cases, termination, resulting in the loss of payment.
  • We want to clarify that the design concept will encompass only the spaces that have been paid for. Notably, the living room will be considered as one and half room, depending on its size, while each bedroom will be treated as one room.
  • Rooms not included in the purchase will not be attended to or measured pending a future payment. The client is responsible for interpreting the color palette during execution, and any discrepancies in this regard cannot be attributed to us.
  • We would not liaise with client furniture makers as our project scope only involves clients initial design scope, this is includes guiding clients furniture designer, client would have to be able to clearly relay their needs to manufacturers.
  • It is essential to clarify that any challenges in executing the interior designer's template by the client are not attributed to any fault on our part.
  • Kindly note that any extra adjustments following the initial design concept will be subject to an additional fee. The determination of the scope remains within our purview.
  • We want to clarify that in the event of a late cancellation, a rescheduling fee will be applicable unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the meeting time.
  • We'd like to make it clear that logistics costs are not included in our consultation fees for projects located outside Lagos. Therefore, clients booking consultations in other states within Nigeria are responsible for covering logistics and accommodation expenses. For locations more than 150km from Lagos, transportation must be arranged via air travel. Additionally, clients must provide hotel reservations for two team members for the duration of the consultation.
  • For meetings outside Lagos, we kindly request 48 hours' notice to facilitate efficient flight cancellations and re-booking.
  • Please be aware that there will be additional charges for rooms larger than the standard room size. We want to ensure a fair and transparent pricing policy.
